Lisansüstü Öğrencilerde Genel Öz Yeterlilik ile Öznel İyi Oluş Arasındaki İlişkide Akademik Motivasyonun Aracı Rolü

Bu araştırmanın amacı, lisansüstü eğitim gören öğrencilerin genel öz-yeterlik düzeyleri ile öznel iyi oluşları ve akademik motivasyonları arasındaki ilişkileri incelemek ve akademik motivasyonun bu ilişkideki aracılık rolünü belirlemektir. Araştırma, yordayıcı korelasyonel desen kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın örneklemini, farklı disiplinlerde öğrenim gören 270 lisansüstü öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Veriler; Genel Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeği, Öznel İyi Oluş Ölçeği ve Akademik Güdülenme Ölçeği aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistikler, korelasyon analizi ve aracılık analizi (Hayes Process Macro, Model 4) kullanılmıştır.
Elde edilen bulgular, genel öz-yeterlik ile öznel iyi oluş arasında anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir (r = .55, p < .01). Benzer şekilde, akademik motivasyon ile öznel iyi oluş (r = .45, p < .01) ve genel öz-yeterlik ile akademik motivasyon (r = .50, p < .01) arasında da anlamlı pozitif ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Regresyon analizi sonuçları, genel öz-yeterliğin öznel iyi oluşun anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olduğunu ortaya koymuştur (β = .55, p < .001). Aracılık analizi bulguları ise akademik motivasyonun, genel öz-yeterlik ile öznel iyi oluş arasındaki ilişkide kısmi aracılık rolü üstlendiğini göstermiştir. Bootstrap analizi sonucunda dolaylı etkinin anlamlı olduğu belirlenmiştir (β = .12, 95% GA [0.05, 0.19]).
Sonuç olarak, lisansüstü öğrencilerin öz-yeterlik düzeylerinin hem doğrudan hem de akademik motivasyon aracılığıyla öznel iyi oluşlarını anlamlı biçimde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Bu bulgular, lisansüstü eğitim süreçlerinde öğrencilerin öz-yeterlik algılarını güçlendirmeye ve akademik motivasyonlarını artırmaya yönelik müdahalelerin, öğrencilerin psikolojik iyi oluşlarını desteklemede önemli bir rol oynayabileceğini göstermektedir.
