The book in question is entitled Language-Culture Relationship in Turkish Teaching and Reflections of Intangible Cultural Heritage on Turkish Textbooks written by Dr. Bahadır Gülden. This book consists of foreword, introduction, method, language and culture, findings on culture in Turkish teaching programmes, discussion, conclusion and suggestions. In the qualitative research approach preferred, it is stated that the universe of the research consists of 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th grade textbooks used at the secondary education level, and the sample of the research consists of 11 textbooks prepared according to the Turkish teaching programmes published in 2006, 2015, 2017 and 2018. In the study, in which document analysis was preferred as the data analysis method, it was concluded that the books taught at each grade level differ in terms of intangible cultural heritage and that the visuals in the textbooks do not contain any content other than the purpose of depicting the text, and made suggestions for providing training on intangible cultural heritage and culture transfer to authors and educators who are actively working in the field..
